Firmino beat Ajax star Frenkie De Jong, Tottenham forward Son and Barcelona defender Gerard Pique to be named Player of the week. Frenkie De Jong and his teammates were forced to a 1-1 draw in their Champions League tie by Juventus in which Ronaldo scored for the Old Lady. Son was superb for Tottenham as he scored the goal that gave Spurs a victory over Manchester City.
