 Jurgen Klopp has been awarded the Premier League Manager of the Month award for March. Liverpool played the whole of March without losing a match, recording three wins and a draw to stay in contention for a league title in 29 years.
         The Reds were held to a goalless draw with fellow Merseysiders Everton, before recording victories over Burnley, Fulham and Tottenham. Klopp's side are still on top of the table with just a point ahead of closest rivals Manchester City but have played a game more. Meanwhile Liverpool in the midweek, put one foot in the Champions League semi finals following a first leg quarter final 2-0 win over FC Porto at Anfield. They head into the weekend's Premier League fixture with a crunch game against Chelsea at home, which looks like their last toughest fixture in the league. Before traveling to Portugal for their second leg quarter final Champions League match against Porto.
