NFF picks Frenchman, Le Guen, as new Super Eagles Coach

The previously vacant post of Coach of Nigeria's senior football team, Super Eagles, has now been filled, as the Nigeria Football Federation, NFF, has decided to give the job to Frenchman, Paul Le Guen.
But while the position of Coach has been occupied, that of Assistant Coach is now vacant.
This is because the previous Assistant Coach, Salisu Yusuf, who had worked under former Coaches Stephen Keshi and Sunday Oliseh, declined to work as Assistant Coach under Le Guen.
Yusuf had previously stated that he was good enough to be Coach of the Super Eagles, and wouldn't accept a lesser position.
The position of Assistant Coach has now been thrown open for potential candidates, in order to find a suitable replacement.
Le Guen is a former player, and his last appointment was as Coach of the Oman national football team.
According to Punch, he will be unveiled to the public on July 18.
