The roadshow is organised by the UK Trade and Investment, in collaboration with the Nigerian Investment Promotion Commission (NIPC) and PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC).

According to the organisers, the investment roadshow will open with an event titled: "Nigeria Open for Business," which will focus on the business opportunities in Nigeria's energy, agriculture, transport, solid minerals, information, Communication and Technology (ICT) and infrastructure sectors to foreign investors.

"The objective of the road show is to create a platform for the Nigerian government to profile business opportunities to a UK audience and build relationships with international businesses.

"It also aims to link into global value chains and establish links to development finance with the view to developing stronger commercial ties between Nigeria and UK," the statement said.
