Johnny Depp has reportedly been accused of breaking his restraining order by Amber Heard's team.
The 53-year-old Hollywood icon is barred from going within 100 yards of his estranged wife's home in downtown Los Angeles after she alleged that he physically and verbally abused her during the course of their marriage.
However, Amber's people claim Johnny broke the order by having his people take personal clothing and belongings from the property, TMZ reports.
On the other hand, Johnny claims he was perfectly entitled to have people reclaim his belongings before a hearing on Friday.
He insists it was something he is allowed to do under the terms of his original restraining order.
Amber will head back to court on Friday, in a bid to get a permanent restraining order taken out against her husband, who has strongly denied the accusations levelled against him.
