Abike Dabiri has blamed the treatment of Nigerians at international airports on citizens’ conduct in those countries, particularly the carrying of fake yellow cards.
        Dabiri who is the chairman of Nigerians in Diaspora Commission said this in a tweet on Wednesday, August 21, in response to a concern raised by another twitter user, Omojuwa. Omojuwa raised concerns about how Nigerians were being asked to step aside at an airport in Nairobi to have their yellow cards scanned. In response, Dabiri said the attention of Nigerian mission in Kenya will be alerted. She however speculated that this may be due to Nigerians carrying fake yellow cards and their conducts.
