241 Nigerians repatriated from Libya

241 Nigerians were on Tuesday repatriated from Libya.
The repatriation was facilitated by the International Organisation for Migration, IOM.
A breakdown of the figure indicated that 67 females were deported in which six of them were under the age of 18 and four others were below four years.
The analysis further revealed that 174 males, with three below 18 years and one under
the age of four, were also repatriated.
A male and two female returnees are receiving medical treatments at the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital, Ikeja.
Officials of the National Emergency Management Agency, NEMA, received the returnees at the Murtala Mohammed International Airport.
The agency also facilitated their transportation to their respective states of origin and destinations respectively.
