Andy Ruiz's diet plan revealed ahead of match with Anthony Joshua
The 30-year-old became the world heavyweight champion after beating the Briton in the seventh round of their first meeting about six months back.
Ruiz has shed a lot of weight ahead of their re-match in December and the secret meal plan responsible for his reduction has been uncovered. Apart from getting on a new diet, the American-Mexican fighter is also on a new training plan courtesy of Zo's Meal Plans. The people behind Ruiz's new look told Sky Sports that the heavyweight will still enjoy cheat days in the run-up to the Joshua rematch. "During camp, we will cheat," Zo's Meal Plans said. "In the last camp we would go to the movies at the weekend and he would have popcorn. "But the tacos are our getaway on Friday night, our cheat meal. There is a place we go to where he eats tacos. But nothing too crazy. "There is a place near his house, an outdoor area on the corner where you can't even sit inside - Andy loves the el pastor con queso tacos."They put cheese inside the taco, and melt it - we get an assortment but he loves the marinated pork."
