Juventus chiefs angry at 'sick' Sarri for 1 major reason

Juventus boss Maurizio Sarri has reportedly shunned advice from his employers to quit smoking, days after being diagnosed with pneumonia.
The 60-year-old tactician joined the Old Lady this summer after just one season after helping Chelsea win Europa League during his one year reign at Stamford Bridge. He was conspicuously missing at the touchline when Juve defeated Parma 1-0 in their Serie A opening clash last weekend. Meanwhile, Daily Mail reveals that the club doctors told the manager to stop smoking in a bid to avoid endangering his life. The publication further revealed that the Italian seems to be getting better and may get the nod to take charge of his first league game against Napoli. However, Juventus' chiefs are said to be unhappy with Sarri's smoking habits, and would want him to quit as he is currently taking treatment for the infection. The club want their new manager to focus more on returning to full fitness instead of smoking on the sidelines during game. He was often seen smoking during his reign at Napoli but he was barred for doing same when he took up the Chelsea job in the summer of 2018. Sarri however chewed cigarette filters to quench his appetite instead while at the Stamford Bridge, where he won his first major title as a manager.
