Man United star rejects final offer as PSG table £60m
David De Gea has turned down final contract talks with Manchester United, It is understood that United did not meet his £350,000 market value. Reports claim Paris Saint-Germain are preparing a £60million offer for David De Gea who again refused a contract renewal with Manchester United which is reportedly the final offer.
The Red Devils shot-stopper made it clear he is not extending his deal beyond next season, which could force him to get sold in the summer. United have failed to meet the Spain international's £350,000 a week demand and Ligue 1 giants Paris Saint-Germain have prepared a £60million bid worth his market value. The 28-year-old's stance will hit United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer below the belt in his re-building process. De Gea has been voted as the club’s Player of the Year in four of the past six seasons, but he struggled to hit top form this campaign which has cast doubts over his future. It is understood the former Atletico Madrid star once told team-mates he was more inclined to stay at United if they agreed on fresh terms. PSG have already swooped for Ander Herrera after his contract expired at United at the end of the season. The ex-Atletic Bilbao midfielder was open to staying before the French giants made a move, with De Gea next in their sights.
