An extra-time goal from Eder, gave Portugal a 1-0 victory over France at the Euro 2016 final match on Sunday.
The goal came despite Portugal's star player, Christiano Ronaldo being substituted only 25minutes into the game, due to a knee injury.
Eder's superb extra-time strike gave them a 1-0 victory over hosts France in Paris, despite Cristiano Ronaldo coming off injured in the first half.
The 3-time Ballon d'or winner was taken off the pitch, after clashing knees with Dmitri Payet.
Eder's goal, which hit the post through a free-kick from Ricardo Quaresma, was the former Swansea striker's first competitive international goal.
The victory also means Fernando Santos' side ended a 41-year winless streak against the French, which included the infamous 1984 European Championship semi-final defeat in Marseille.
