Iceland are confirmed as England's opponents in the last 16, and Portugal will have to take on Croatia.

Portugal drew 3-3 with Hungary, and Iceland pulled off a dramatic victory over Austria, as the last 16 is starting to shape up.

Iceland will be ecstatic to qualify, but they may regret finishing second in the group which - in theory - gives them a tougher draw as the knockout games progress. Portugal may be glad to be in that half of the draw if they can negotiate their way past Croatia.
