President Muhammadu Buhari is currently in a meeting with his service chiefs.

Although details are yet to emerge regarding the reason for the meeting, reports emanating from the Presidency suggest that there will be talks regarding the President's directive for all security agencies in the country to not relent in the fight against insurgency.

Some of those in attendance include Chief of Defence Staff, Maj. Gen. Gabriel Olonisakin, Chief of Army Staff, Lt. Gen. Tukur Buratai, Chief of Air Staff, Air Marshal Sadique Abubakar, Chief of Naval Staff, Rear Admiral Ibot-Ete Ibas.

The meeting is currently going on at Buhari's official residence in Abuja.
