Governor Zulum appoints Anambra, Oyo indigenes into his cabinet, gives reason

According to reports, Governor Babagana Zulum of Borno on Wednesday, January 29, swore in 26 persons as members of his cabinet, two of whom were Anambra and Oyo indigenes. The deputy governor of the state, Umar Kadafur, who represented the governor, conducted the oath of office for the Anambra and Oyo natives, Ugualili and Alao. Other members of the cabinet are given below:

Explaining why he allowed them to be members of his cabinet, Zulum said that both Ugualili and Alao have been residents of the state and are active supporters of the APC in Borno.
