Atiku’s lawyer absent as Supreme Court gives reasons for dismissing PDP's case

The Nation reports that at the commencement of the proceedings, no lawyer representing the opposition was present. It was also stated that key PDP leaders were also not at the venue of the hearing. President Buhari’s legal representative, Alex Izinyon, was said to have drawn the attention of the court on to the issue.
