The senior pastor of the Commonwealth of Zion Assembly (COZA), Biodun Fatoyinbo and Busola Dakolo have been summoned to appear before a Federal High Court sitting in Abuja in two weeks.
        The summon by the Federal High Court was served to Fatoyinbo and Dakolo on Monday, September 9, The Cable reports. It was earlier reported that Fatoyinbo has surrendered himself to the Nigerian Police over allegations against him by Busola Dakolo. The controversial pastor made an appearance at the Force Criminal Investigation Division (FCID) of the Nigeria Police in Abuja on Tuesday, August 27. It was also gathered that Fatoyinbo was at the FCID headquarters for questions in relation to the allegations against him by Dakolo.
