Meet the Prophecy that Floats in the Air
New wonders come up everyday, both in religious places and the secular world. This time around, it is all about a pastor, who is able to do what no human had ever done in recent times. Prophet Bushiri of the Enlightened Christian Gathering (ECG) in Malawi has left the Christian world awestruck with a miracle in which he floats on thin air. Yes, he actually walked on air like he is walking on land.
Bushiri, who earned himself a reputation as a man of God with his infamous prophesies, has left tongues wagging with a new video that depicts him walking in the air. Many, both in Malawi and other parts of the world have greeted the video with mixed feelings. While some claimed he is a true man of God and can therefore do these miracles with the Power of God, other insist he could be doing his miracles using diabolical means.
Shepherd Bushiri as he is fondly called claims that God blesses him by helping him perform miracles. He insisted that all his miracles are made possible by God and they are not from any other source. He also claim same about his prophecies, insisting that he gets all his prophecies directly from God and no other source.
This is not the first time this prophecy will be in the news over his controversial miracles and utterances. He regularly posts stunts like this onto social media and each has a way of setting tongues wagging. He had always come around to debunk rumours that his power is not from God. It is recalled that only recently, the Flamboyant Malawian Prophet also claimed that God ‘blessed’ him with a private jet and a Bentley. It was however gathered later that the Bentley and private jet he was talking about were bought were not real. He just wanted to boost his public image. This had made many to insist the prophecy is not real, but just a boastful individual.
Meanwhile, Bushiri has been in the eye-of-the-storm, attracting controversies to himself ranging from sex scandals to lies and this had made many insist that he is a fake and not the real man of God he called himself. In February, the prophet was accused of falsifying information to aid boost his public image and this almost led to public rage and violent protest against him, especially in Malawi.
According to newsmen in Malawi, the ECG shepherd had claimed to have been chosen as chair of an organisation called AFFRICI but it turned out that like the claims of the jet, the chair position was a mere attempt by the boastful man of God to publicly praise himself. A source close to the prophet is quoted as to have said: “There is no such an organisation like the AFFRICI, that is just written to sell the brand of the prophet.”
There is speculation that this miracle is a response to the claims that the ECG shepherd is a fake prophet and a conniving fraudster .
