Court dismisses Busola Dakolo’s case against Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo
A High Court in Abuja has dismissed the sexual molestation case between celebrity wife and photographer, Busola Dakolo and popular pastor, Biodun Fatoyinbo. Busola had filed a court case against the popular pastor, claiming that he sexually molested her at the age of 16, in her parents home in Ilorin.
According to reports, the case has now been dismissed from the court and described as an abuse of the judicial system. The judgement which was given on Thursday, November 14, 2019, by Justice Oathman A. Musa, explained that the case was also ‘empty and purely sentimental.’ According to reports from Vanguard, Busola was charged a fine of N1,000,000 as the Justice explained that it should have been 10 times more for wasting the court’s time. The Justice also added that the court case was not aimed at getting justice but at cruelty.
