A carrot seller might have confirmed the doubt people usually have about buying goods on the roadside. The carrot seller was caught on camera washing his vegetables with gutter water.
        The vegetable seller had entered the gutter to fetch water from a hole poking out inside a bucket. He took the bucket of gutter water back to his stand and used the water on his carrots. A Nigerian man, who recorded him, approached him to question what he did. In the video, the man was heard pretending to be interested in buying carrots. Later he asked if he used the bucket water to wash the carrots and walked away.
