                A Member of a robbery gang in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State, was shot dead by his colleague while they were sharing their loot of the day. It was gathered that on 18th February 2019 a six-man robbery gang led by one Ogilivie who is still at large burgled a house and stole a generator plant which they sold. From Reports it was learnt that in the course of sharing the money, one of the robbers, Gielaemi Ben ‘m’ 19 yrs, protested that he was given the smaller amount and the principal suspect, Oginivie, shot him dead afterwards. The shot robber reportedly slumped and died immediately, a development, which caused confusion for his other colleagues, who had no choice than to abandoned him there and fled the scene. According to CP Sholla David, the Commissioner of Police, Bayelsa State Command, in  the course of investigation, a team of policemen caught up with one of the suspects, Isaac Organ, was later arrested in Yenagoa after a fierce shootout with the police. He was shot on the leg, and a locally made pistol was recovered from him. The other suspects Victor Meremunya ‘m’ 30 yrs, Pereowei Ibiagbe ‘m’ 23years, Tibolayefa Louis ‘m’ 23years, Gift Samuel age 22years have been arrested and detained, while the principal suspect Ogilivie is at large.
