A woman was caught having sex with her boyfriend in broad daylight while he was passed out in a supermarket car park. She decided to take on him in a rather secluded part of the car park. Her name was Kimberly Jackson. The two of them were actually drunk and law enforcement agents surmised that she was acting under the influence.

Officers found Palmer, the boyfriend, unconscious and intoxicated and he was taken to the nearby Sentara Leigh Hospital where he later regained consciousness. Jackson was arrested and charged for being drunk in public. Police officers said the boyfriend too may face similar charges.

Kimberly Jackson allegedly told officers: "I was in the mood" after shocked passers-by spotted her on top of partner, Earl Palmer, in the car park in Norfolk, Virginia. Other charges could be pending but the 36-year-old woman was later released on bond.

She told newsmen that it was the "booze" that made them do it. She said: "I was in the mood, that's basically what happened." When asked if she thought they would never get caught, she said: "The alcohol made me think I wouldn't. I'm not into erotic public sex or anything like that."

Palmer said he was just passed out from drinking, and added: "I'm here trying to clear her name and let them know I consented to that, I just didn't finish the job as you could say."

They were asked why they decided to do this in the middle of the parking lot in the middle of the day, He had this to say: "Everyone wants to do something spontaneous. I'm not being disrespectful to you. Have you ever done anything spontaneous?"

She was immediately reported to the authorities by passers-by, who saw her at the car park while taking on her boy friend. Considering the fact that neither Kimberly Jackson nor her boyfriend had never been involved in such act before, the two of them may not be given too strict punishment for their public acts by the court.
