Yemi Osinbajo Visits NFGCS Farm In Gaa’te, Nasarawa

Vice President Yemi Osinbajo SAN visits a farm in Gaa’te, Nassarawa accompanied by The State Governor Alh. Abdullahi Sule started by a former Niger Delta Militant Reston Tedheke from 3 hectares two years ago to 3000 Hectares of crop and livestock production.
The NFGCS farm, which was founded by an ex-Niger Delta militant, Mr. Reston Tedheke, started with three hectares and N1.5m in 2017, now occupies 3,000 hectares and is worth about a billion naira, with over 300 people employed. Tedheke was inspired by President Buhari’s @muhammadubuhari administration's focus on Agricultural diversification of the Nigerian economy. The components of the farm include a ranch, crop farm, poultry and a rice mill, amongst others. Visiting the NFGCS farm, I saw a story of national unity and integration: a man from Delta who relocated to the NorthCentral & got land from the local community.
