A 94-year-old man, Herbert Delaigle and his 88-year

The 16-year-old Frances was working at the cafe when

the cafe a few times. He said: "I kept seeing her going in and out, in
and out and I had my eyes set on her. And then I finally got up the
nerve to ask her if she would go out with me sometime. Herbert asked for
her hand in marriage a year later. He said: "I asked her will she have
me as her husband and she said of course." The couple's family released a
statement, saying their love story is an amazing one. "It’s amazing how
they were together for 71 years and now they are together in Heaven.
what an amazing love story that is.
According
to a psychiatrist, Matthew Lorbor, in cases where one spouse dies after
the death of a partner, it is usually due to broken heart syndrome.
Lorbor said: "Broken heart syndrome, which is, in fact, a real thing. It
is when someone finds out some shocking news, typically terrible news.
There’s a massive release of these stress hormones that are released
into the bloodstream, and the heart is then bombarded with these stress
hormones.
