Zambia copper mine dump collapses, 10 miners killed

At least 10 miner have been killed in Zambia following the the collapse of mining waste dump site, police said on Wednesday.
The incident which happened in Zambia's second biggest city, Kitwe, the country's mining hub for copper left another 10 injured.
"The incident happened this morning and at least 10 people have been confirmed dead," Copperbelt police chief Charity Katanga said speaking by phone to Reuters.
A Zambian news site says more than 20 people are feared dead.
