- Pro-Buhari Protesters take over Unity Fountain.
- Aim to rival the anti-buhari protesters.
- In support of good governance.
In the early hours of Thursday 10th August 2017, a group of protesters stormed Unity Fountain, Abuja to show their support for President Muhammadu Buhari and good governance in the country.
Under the aegis of Coalition for Good Governance and Change Initiative, the protesters were spotted at Unity Fountain carrying placards and singing solidarity songs in support of the ailing president.
Some of the protesters carried placards with messages centred around "Our President is recuperating, Nigeria is moving forward" and "We stand united for PMB".
Recall that Obiaks News previously reported the protest led by Charles "Charly Boy" Oputa calling for the President's resignation. Although that protest was interupted by the Police yesterday, the protesters have returned today.
