Two new Senators take oath of office

Former Chief of Air Staff, Air Vice Marshall Isaac Alfa has been sworn in as Senator representing Kogi East senatorial district under the Peoples Democratic Party
( PDP ).
Also sworn in at the Tuesday's plenary is the newly elected Senator representing Imo North, Senator Benjamin Uwajumogu. He is of the ruling All Progressives Congress ( APC ).
Both new Senators who just won their rerun elections pledged their allegiance to the constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
