Solskjaer makes big statement about Ighalo after netting first goal for Man united

Odion Ighalo has been described by Ole Gunnar Solskjaer as someone who has nose for scoring goals after netting his first against Club Brugge.

Odion Ighalo finally registered his first goal for Manchester United in their superb win against the visiting Belgian club on Thursday night, February 27. His goal was the Red Devils' second goal in the encounter in which Odion Ighalo dedicated it to his late sister Mary by showing his inner shirt with a picture of her. The ex Super Eagles striker is still down with the tragic death of his elder sister who died in Canada last year and Odion Ighalo has vowed that he will be dedicating all his goals to Mary. After Frenchman Anthony Martial suffered a knee injury while training, Manchester United gaffer Ole Solskjaer had no other choice than to start Odion Ighalo against Club Brugge. The Nigerian however grabbed the opportunity of starting his first game for Manchester United by scoring in a spectacular way. Ole Solskjaer being a striker during his active playing days has now applauded the former Watford man for his good positioning which gave him the goal. He sniffs goals. He knows to be there where it sometimes hurts. For that goal, he was sharp in his head,'' Solskjaer explained according to the report on Mirror UK. The Norwegian also praised new signing Bruno Fernandes who was also superb for Manchester United against Club Brugge. Since the Portuguese football star got to Old Trafford, he has been instrumental and also a good cover up for injured Paul Pogba. Odion Ighalo will hope to impress again for Manchester United in their next game against Everton in a Premier League battle. Manchester United are currently occupying fifth position on the Premier League standings with 41 points and they are three points behind fourth placed Chelsea.
