Erling Haaland increases goals to 7 in 3 games for Borussia Dortmund

Manchester United could seems to have lost a prolific striker in Erling Haaland after the young forward increased his Bundesliga tally to seven in just three games for the German giants.

Haaland sealed a move to Borussia Dortmund in January transfer market, ending growing speculations earlier linking him with a move to Premier League. The 19-year-old former Salsburg striker hit the ground running on his debut game against Ausburg with a beautiful hat-trick in 23 minutes after coming in as a second-half substitute.Having come on while his side were 3-1 down, it only took him 23 minutes to overturn a 3-1 deficit and handed Dortmund a vital victory. The Norwegian star, who had an impressive performance in Austria, continued his dazzling form by scoring a brace in Dortmund's 5-0 win over Cologne in his second game. And against Union Berlin on Saturday, February 1, Haaland proved his presence with another beautiful heroics during the 5-0 demolition of the Bundesliga giants. He grabbed two more goals to take his tally to seven in just 136 minutes played within three games, with each goal coming in every 19 minutes. The young prodigy took a new leap on his football career, breaking bonds with Red Bull after scoring 16 goals in 14 games fo the Austrian giants. He also scored six goals in eight UEFA Champions League games before moving to Germany for just €20 million despite interest from European powerhouses including Premier League outfits Man United.
