Omo-Agege reveals presidency's latest position on restructuring

The deputy Senate president, Ovie Omo-Agege, has said that the All Progressives Congress (APC) and the federal government are in support of Nigerians' call for restructuring.
        Speaking on the sidelines of electoral reforms conference on Monday, December 9, Omo-Agege said that even the presidency is in support of the move. He said that the Senate committee on constitution amendment and electoral act amendment will in no time look into the report of the committee led by Governor Nasir El-Rufai. The deputy president of the Senate said: “The APC supports restructuring and indeed, the restructuring committee that was put in place headed by El-Rufai came up with some very significant recommendations."
