Fans come hard for Cristiano Ronaldo for mistakenly blocking Dybala's shot on goal

Cristiano Ronaldo produced another genuine moment of messianic delivery for Juventus as Mauricio Sarri's men escaped what could have been a terrible 2-1 home defeat to aggressive Sassuolo side. The Portuguese star scored a crucial penalty for Juventus to balance the score sheet after Paulo Dybala was fouled in the box.
The Old Lady went into the game head up with Ronaldo back in action after a minor injury setback that ruled him out of couple of games. Juventus got the early lead in the 20th minute of action through centre-back and vice-captain Leonardo Bonucci. A fine assist from Rodrigo Bentancur was all needed as the defender changed the score sheet, but the lead was cancelled out by Jeremie Boga's 22th minute strike. Francesco Caputo gave the visitors a three-minute into the second half lead with a fine finish but Ronaldo struck 68th minute penalty as the match ended in stalemate. However, the 34-year-old was guilty of denying Juventus chance of winning the match having clumsily blocked Paulo Dybala's shot. Gonzalo Higuain had forwarded the ball for the Argentine who shot on the turn only to find Ronaldo standing in the way of what could have resulted to a winning goal. Meanwhile, Juventus failed to move atop the table as the trail one point behind Serie A Inter Milan.
