2face and blackface reportedly opt for out-of-court settlement
Popular Nigerian music stars and ex-members of defunct music group Plantashun Boiz, may have finally found a way to contain their age long beef that has bothered on one accusing the other of intellectual property theft. It was previously reported that Blackface announced on social media that after waiting for so long, he had finally taken the decision to drag his colleague 2baba to court, over allegations of song theft. Blackface had pointed out that he does not have anything against the singer, but it had come to point where both parties should handle their issues professionally and address matters in court. Well, in a recent development, it appears the former Plantashun Boiz have squashed all bad blood and agreed to settle out of court. According to reports making the rounds online, 2baba and Blackface opted for an out-of-court settlement for their age long legal battle. It was gathered that they signed an undisclosed agreement at the Ikeja High Court, after 2baba dropped the N50m defamation suit filed against Blackface. The duo has being at each other's neck concerning the issue, with black face always calling out 2face on social media. It actually they have settled out of court, then it is a welcome development.
