Jose Mourinho wants Real Madrid star as his first signing in Tottenham

Newly appointed manager of Tottenham Jose Mourinho has reportedly identified Real Madrid winger Gareth Bale as his first target for the Premier League side when transfer opens.
        Jose Mourinho recently replaced Argentine Mauricio Pochettino who was thrown out at Tottenham after poor run of form this season. Tottenham are currently occupying 14th position on the Premier League standings and Jose Mourinho has a big job to get Spurs back in the top half of the league. Eight games remain until the January transfer window opens, giving Mourinho time to work closely with his squad before deciding on what he believes he needs. And according to the report by Spanish newspaper AS, Jose Mourinho has already picked Real Madrid star Gareth Bale as the first player he wants to sign. When Jose Mourinho was at Manchester United, he tried to lure Gareth Bale to Old Trafford, but Real Madrid chiefs refused to sell the winger. Gareth Bale, on the other hand, has not been enjoying his game this term under Real Madrid manager Zinedine Zidane and there were also speculation that the Frenchman wants him out. Tottenham are now expected to approach Real Madrid immediately the January transfer window opens for them to sign Gareth Bale. Meanwhile a lot of football pundits have being showing mixed reactions to the sack of Mauricio Pochettino and the appointment of Jose Mourinho as his replacement. While some are of the opinion that the decision to sack Pochettino was too harsh and Tottenham might have just shot themselves on the foot,Other are of the opinion that Jose is the perfect man for the job, with his past records as proof. Mourinho has not failed to win a trophy in any of the leagues he has handled a team in, and with Tottenham eager to win a trophy, Mourinho is the perfect coach to help them achieve that.
