Some Lagosians have been caught on camera vandalising a tanker to scoop fuel. The incident happened on Tuesday, October 15, 2019, as the tanker developed fault in the Mile 2 area of Lagos. As reported on social media, some touts in the area hit the tanker with an iron, making an easy way for the residents to scoop fuel from it. The footage was shared by a popular twitter handle on twitter know as the sub delivery Zone.
