Samson Siasia, former Super Eagles coach, is reportedly sliding into depression having failed to re-unite with his mother after about ten weeks since her disappearance.
        The mother of the 52-year-old tactician was kidnapped about three months ago alongside two others and all efforts to free them from the abductors are fruitless at the moment. Siasia, who was recently handed a life ban by FIFA over alleged match-fixing, recently pleaded with the government to help him recover his aged mum from the kidnappers den. Siasia also said: "The police told me that my moms kidnappers are using thuraya satellite phones and that’s why they’ve not made any progress in getting her out. This will be the second time Mrs. Ogere Siasia will be suffering this unpleasant situation as the 76-year-old was captured for about 12 days before regaining freedom in 2015.
