Levante Set To Sign Super Eagles Defender, Omeruo From Chelsea For €5million

La Liga club Levante UD are now front runners to sign Kenneth Omeruo from Chelsea on a permanent basis. Chelsea have put a seven million Euros price tag on the Nigeria defender, but while CD Leganes, where he played for last season, have put forward a four million Euros, Levante are willing to pay five million Euros. Kenneth looks set to finally leave Chelsea this summer and Levante have so far made the best offer of five million Euros for him,” a top source in Spain says. Last season, Levante, who already have another Super Eagles star Moses Simon on their books, battled against relegation. Another Spanish club Getafe were also interested in Omeruo. The player’s stocks have improved at the 2019 AFCON, where he was Man of the Match against Guinea in a group game and he has been the pillars of the Super Eagles defence in Egypt.
