Spy Poisoning: Massive expulsion of Russian Diplomats across US and Europe.

The fall out of Russia's alleged poisoning of a former spy has continued to gather momentum despite the Kremlin's repeated denial of the act.
Hours after reports emerged that some Russian ambassadors were summoned by several European foreigner ministries on Monday, top Russian diplomats have being expel from various European nations over the spy case.
Within minutes of each other, 14 EU states including Ukraine, Poland, Germany, Denmark and France announced the expulsion Russian diplomats over the nerve attack on a former spy, Sergei Skripal and his daughter, in Salisbury, southern England. Each country however expelled varying numbers of diplomats - Germany: 4, France: 4, Ukraine: 13, Denmark: 2, Poland: 4.
Ukraine's president Petro Poroshenko said "in the spirit of solidarity with our British partners and transatlantic allies and in co-ordination with EU countries," he decided to expel the Russian ambassadors.
The United States department also aligned itself with European allies, expelling 60 Russian diplomats. President Trump also ordered the closure of a Russian Consulate in Seattle.
A statement from the US state department while announcing the expulsion said: "On March 4, Russia used a military-grade nerve agent to attempt to murder a British citizen and his daughter in Salisbury.
"This attack on our Ally the United Kingdom put countless innocent lives at risk and resulted in serious injury to three people, including a police officer."
The statement called the attack an "outrageous violation of the Chemical Weapons Convention and breach of international law".
The US northern neighbours, Canada, also joined in, on the show of solidarity by expelling 4 Russian diplomats.
Reacting to the expulsions, Russia's foreign ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova condemned the EU for its "perverted interpretation of solidarity" with the UK, indicating it will respond "proportionately".
