South Africa: One of the Gupta brothers declared fugitive from justice

Ajay Gupta, one of the three Gupta brothers, who are friends with former South African president Jacob Zuma, and are accused of corruption among other charges have been declared a "fugitive from justice" on Thursday by South Africa's chief prosecutor after he failed to turn himself over to police.
"I've been advised by my prosecuting team that Mr. Ajay Gupta is a fugitive from justice," Shaun Abrahams, head of the National Prosecuting Authority said, providing no further details.
