Trump signs spending bill into law.

U.S. President Donald Trump has signed into law the stopgap and budget measure bill approved by both the senate and representatives. The bill will provide higher spending for the military separately and domestic spending raised by roughly $300 billion, extends the federal debt ceiling to March 2019.
President Trump announced on twitter that he had signed the bill, ending the short federal shutdown.
