Tottenham Hotspurs have secured a famous win over Spanish giants Real Madrid in the Champions league fixture at Wembley.

Spurs' Dele Alli was on the scoresheet twice as the London club stunned Madrid
3-1 to sit at the top of the group and secure a place in the next round of the competition.

Spurs started the game with a lot of pace and confidence and although Real Madrid were very wasteful during the early period of the game, Tottenham always looked more likely to bag all three points.

Christian Eriksen scored the third goal in the 65th minute to kill off the game in Spurs' favour.

Real Madrid's forward Cristiano Ronaldo scored an 80th minute goal but it wasn't enough to spring a comeback in the game and Spurs can be proud of the performance they put in.
