Zimbabwe aims to use biometric voters register in 2018 elections

- Zimbabwe adopts biometric voters register ahead of 2018 Presidential elections.

- The voting register is currently being compiled.
The Zimbabwean government is currently compiling a new voter register  that will make use of voters' biometric information.

The process of compiling the register has already begun as voters are urged to enroll their biometric data including fingerprints and other data before being issued a
voting card.

It would be interesting to see how this system helps the country conduct elections that are considered credible by the international community.
