Everyone in the Tech world is talking about one thing today. It's Apple Event holding later today where the phone manufacturer is expected to unveil new devices and operating systems and give consumers a general sense of direction for the company.

So what exactly do we know about the potentially latest pieces to Apple Tech Gallery?

Well, for a start, according to the rare leak from Apple's IOS11 release, rumors have it that the manufacturer will release not one or two, but three shiny new iphones on Tuesday.

Also, based on the fact that Apple recently launched AR Kit for its developers, it is expected that these new devices or at least one of them should possess some augmented reality capacity to benefit from the AR Kit launch.

This will be amazing for the American Smartphone manufacturer that continues to ward off competition from China's giant mobile phone maker Huawei and South Korea's Samsung as the largest market shareholder for number of phones sold.

The following are some of the key details to expect from the phones.

SPECIFICATIONS
The brand new iphones due to be unveiled later on Tuesday are rumoured to have the following features.

  • 5.8in 2.5D OLED edge-to-edge display
  • New design with an ‘all-glass' construction
  • Powerful 10nm A11 chip
  • Wireless charging
  • A 3D-sensing camera
  • Dual rear-facing camera touch ID Sensor and an "all-screen front" design
  • 71x143x7.4mm
  • Wireless charging support
  • Face-scanning technology
  • Support for LTE speeds up to 450Mbps
  • Apple iPhone X will start at 64GB storage with 256GB and 512GB versions

PRICING
While the iPhone 8 and 8 Plus versions are expected to retail around $1000, the iPhone X (or whichever name Apple decides to call it) is expected to go for at least $1300.

Meanwhile, the Chinese iPhone market has not responded positively to rumours of the potential price of the new iphones and as a result are already contemplating switching to other mobile phone manufacturers.

Untill the end of Tuesday, we'll never know what Apple have up their sleeves.
