With so many clubs breaking their spending record and consequently the overall EPL spending in a single window, sports analysts all over the world expected a busy and productive deadline day deals and it was rightly so.

The following are some of the confirmed deals as at the midnight on Thursday which is the official deadline in England. The window remains open until midnight on Friday in Spain.
