Dino Melaye's Fate set to be determined on September 11th - Federal High Court

- Court date fixed as Dino attempts to shake off INEC's recall.
- APC and others also have a pending suit on the same matter against INEC.
Senator Dino Melaye will finally know his fate as a Federal High Court in Abuja has fixed September 11th for hearing the suit marked: FHC/ABJ/CS/567/2017. Melaye's key allegation against INEC is that he has been denied a fair hearing before his recall was cconfirmed by INEC.
The flamboyant senator also cast doubts into the authencity of some of the signatures in the recall petition sent to INEC.
Meanwhile, the Kogi State chapter of the APC also filed another case against the Independent National Electoral Commission in another suit marked: FHC/ABJ/601/2017
