Anambra: I will leave Politics if I quit APC - Governorship Aspirant.

- Vows to quit politics if he quits APC.

- Not in support of zoning the party's candidacy.

- Also plans to continue with the party if he is defeated in the primaries.


Chief George Moghalu, a Governorship aspirant of the All Progressive Congress (APC) has vowed not to dump the party whether he wins the primaries or not.

Moghalu who is not in support of zoning the party's candidacy made this disclosure during an interview ahead of the gubernatorial primaries in the state.

He said, "any day I quit my party, I quit politics altogether, if I fail to win the nomination, God's will must be done. I won't decamp, and I must make it clear that there is no law that forbids any new entrant from contesting for any office under the APC.

"With the resources and revenue windows available to the state government, Anambra pupils ought to enjoy free education unhindered in primary and secondary schools."
