Boko Haram: Sheriff must be arrested- Borno AG

The former Governor of Borno State, Ali Modu Sheriff, has been accused of being responsible for the growth of terrorist sect, Boko Haram, by the state's Attorney-General and Commissioner of Justice, Hon. Kaka Shehu Lawan.
Lawan alleged that Sheriff who governed the affairs of the state over 2 terms, encouraged the spread of the Islamic terrorist group.
Speaking on Tuesday at one of the sessions at the ongoing annual conference of the Nigerian Bar Association, NBA, in Port Harcourt, Lawan called for the arrest and prosecution of the former Governor, saying it will assuage the feelings of millions that have been dislocated by the terrorist actions of the dreaded Islamist fanatical sect in one way or the other.
