Barca confirms Dani Alves departure this summer

Barcelona FC have confirmed that Brazilian international, Dani Alves, will depart the club this summer.
Alves joined Barcelona from Sevilla in 2008, and has made a total of 391 appearances and scored 21 goals for the Catalans.
The development was revealed by the club's Technical Secretary, Robert Fernandez, during his end-of-season conference on Thursday.
Fernandez stated on Barca's website that the 33-year-old's exit was a personal decision which the club had to accept.
"Negotiations are not decided by one party alone. You also have to factor in the interests of the player and his agent," he said.
Fernandez also hinted that the club would be exercising its option to recover Denis Suarez from Villarreal on July 1.
